The half barrel with doors is one of our most popular products. These half barrels provide the character of a full barrel however, they only take up half as much room. These can be pushed flush up to the wall, stand about 3 feet tall, are right around 2 feet wide and stick out 1 foot from the wall. As you can see in the picture, they can still hold a large amount of beverage choices! The doors provide the option of showing off what you have or hiding your stash by closing the doors. We use a solid oak piece for the shelf and also flip the bottom head so there is wood being presented on the bottom instead of the char. The barrels are sanded, stained in a dark walnut color and then finished with two coats of a matte finish polyurethane. Looking to add a little height to the barrel? Add some of our heavy-duty black hairpin legs! These legs have been handmade right in Zeeland, Michigan. They are made from 1/2-inch steal and powder coated in a black finish. These legs do come separately from the barrel and will need to be assembled to the barrel when purchase is made. Holes will be predrilled, and screws will be provided. This is where Leisure Time Designs began! Tara fell in love with this design and Ed had fun building it. We toyed with the idea of making more items out of barrels and we are so happy we pursued this idea! Our full barrel bars are going to provide quite the wow factor! We collect our barrels from local breweries and would love it if we could find out the history of every barrel. Unfortunately, the barrels cannot talk and inform us of where they have been, we just get to enjoy the character that each barrel provides. Our plane full barrel bars do not have trademarks or logos on them. All of our full barrel bars have a shelf in the middle of the barrel made of solid oak and are on a rotary! There are two doors that on the front with a rustic latch to allow doors to be open or closed. Aren't these gorgeous! We make these charcuterie boards from the wine barrels we get. The red color on top is actually from the wine that is in the barrels, therefore the color on these boards do tend to vary. The underside is stained in a dark walnut color with a matte finish polyurethane. The tops are treated with three coats of polyurethane to ensure they are sealed well. The polyurethane is food grade, and you can place your meats and cheese directly on the board. Take a damp cloth to wipe clean afterwards. Don't have a place to store them, don't leave them out! These pieces make gorgeous centerpieces on a table with seasonal decor on them! Sorry meats, cheeses and decorations are not included with the boards;)

If you love the look of our large charcuterie boards but do not have the room for one, these small charcuterie boards are just for you! These again are made from the wine barrels and the color is from the wine in the barrel. The undersides are colored in dark walnut stain and sealed with polyurethane. The top side has three coats of polyurethane and sealed tight. The products we use are food grade products so you can place foods directly on the board. I love these little boards for serving crackers and a dip or chips and salsa and these again make beautiful seasonal décor pieces.

Do you like the head trays but would like something added to it? We love to add fun images and phrases to these pieces. Images and phrases vary and can be custom designed as well. The trays are made from the heads of the barrels that measure 22 inches in diameter. The individual pieces are affixed together, sanded, stained, stenciled and sealed. Handles are added to the tray for easy carrying. All products used are food safe. For cleaning use a damp rag and towel to dry off, do not submerge piece into water, and it is not dishwasher safe. -
Who wouldn't want a clock made from a whiskey or wine barrel. The wood provides so much character with all the wood grain that is exposed when we finish our products! Our stenciled clocks are plain heads from wine or whiskey barrels with numbers or sayings painted on them. The heads are stained in dark walnut, the details are stenciled on with black paint and then finished with a matte polyurethane. Movements that are made in the USA are then added to the clock to finish this stunning piece! The whiskey barrel heads measure 21.5 inches in diameter and the wine barrel heads vary from 22-24 inches in diameter. -
Have a bar or bourbon room, do you have a clock near the area? No!? Well then, these clocks made from bourbon barrels are calling your name! Stave clocks are made from multiple staves assembled together with hoop pieces added for additional character. The wood and metal hoops provide a perfect mixed media look! Sizes of the clocks can vary slightly depending on the stave widths but on average are around 12 inches wide by 16 inches tall. These are stained in dark walnut and sealed with two coats of matte polyurethane. Hands and movements are made in the USA and are attached to the clock to complete the piece. Clock movements run on an AA battery included with purchase. A heavy-duty hanger is also attached to back of clock for easy hanging.

Each bottle opener is on a portion of a finished stave. Staves are the individual pieces of wood that form the barrel. The staves have been dried, cleaned up, stained and sealed with a matte finish polyurethane. The stave also has been predrilled with a countersunk hole behind the bottle opener for easy mounting of the bottle opener.

- Screw through hole in stave piece into the wall or cabinet
- Replace the bottle opener and screw it back into place over top of the screw going into the wall
Our hand-held bottle openers are also a great gift to throw in with a case of beer. Grab one for your boat, keep one in your cooler or to have on hand in your barn. One should never be without a bottle opener!

These wall racks look great placed on the wall above a half barrel. They offer more shelf space to showcase some of your "top shelf" beverages. You do not have to display beverages on them though, others have used them to showcase their drinking glass collection and their shot glass collection. These racks resemble the shape of a barrel being 25 inches wide 35 inches tall and vary slightly in the depth from 4-5 inches. Like all our products the unit is stained in a dark walnut color and finished with two coats of a matte polyurethane. Two holes have been drilled into the vertical stave on the back of the rack for mounting. We suggest using heavy-duty dry wall anchors rated for 50+ lbs. Use long screw and drill into the anchor leaving 1.5 inches out for the wall rack to hang from. -
Candle stave are a perfect addition to the center of a long table or on top of a mantel. Each stave is dried and then four holes are drilled into the stave. It is then stained and coated with a matte polyurethane. The four votive candles fit perfectly into the predrilled spots. Four glass votive and four candles are included with the purchase. Our Advent Candle Stave is perfect for the Christmas season. The advent stave option has 5 holes drilled into the stave in which 5 glass votives fit. Our family name staves are an awesome unique wedding gift! Each stave is dried, stained, stenciled in white or black paint and finished with a matte polyurethane. Hoop pieces are cut and attached to the stave for an added fun detail. There are holes drilled behind the hoop pieces to attach the stave to the wall. These are made by custom order only, orders take 2-4 weeks to complete. -
We are very proud of our flags! Each flag is made of 13 individual staves cut so that the flag is as proportionate as a round barrel can be. We use colored wood stain so that the wood grain pops through the color. The staves are assembled together, the stars are stenciled on and our polyurethane is applied to finish this amazing piece. Flags measure 35 inches wide by 18 inches tall. There are two heavy-duty hangers on the back of the flag with a heavy-duty wire running between the two hangers for easy hanging. Flags are available in red, white and blue, blue line, red line or a subdued black and white. You also get to pick from an interior or exterior polyurethane finish. -

Stained in a dark walnut with a matte polyurethane finish. Holes are drilled into the vertical staves on the back for mounting the unit on the wall. Use heavy duty drywall anchors if you are not going into studs and leave the screws out 1 1/2inche for the wall rack to hang on. The units are 35 inches tall by 24 inches wide by 4-6 inches deep. The 5 bottle wine rack is uniquely made with staves and hoops from wine barrels! Each rack has two full staves running vertical then small pieces holding them together. The hooks that hold the wine bottles are hoops straightened out, cut to the appropriate length then rolled to hold the wine bottle.
