Aren't these gorgeous! We make these charcuterie boards from the wine barrels we get. The red color on top is actually from the wine that is in the barrels, therefore the color on these boards do tend to vary. The underside is stained in a dark walnut color with a matte finish polyurethane. The tops are treated with three coats of polyurethane to ensure they are sealed well. The polyurethane is food grade, and you can place your meats and cheese directly on the board. Take a damp cloth to wipe clean afterwards. Don't have a place to store them, don't leave them out! These pieces make gorgeous centerpieces on a table with seasonal decor on them! Sorry meats, cheeses and decorations are not included with the boards;)

Check out these great checkers/chess boards! These are made from the heads of whiskey barrels. The heads are assembled together and sanded smooth to the touch. They then get stained in a dark walnut color, stenciled with black paint and finished with a matte varnish. The bottom of the board has a lazy susan attached to it for easy viewing of the whole board. Who wouldn't want to sit outside on your deck, porch, or by a fire and play a nice game of chess or checkers to finish off the day. -
This mirror measures 16 inches by 20 inches. It is then framed in a frame made from oak barrel staves. The staves have been dried and affixed together. The frames are sained in a dark walnut color and then finished with our matte polyurethane. There is a heavy-duty wire hanger on the back of the frame for easy hanging. This would look great right above our oak barrel sink! -
We make cribbage boards, and we make Lazy Susan's so why not combine the two!? These cribbage boards are made from wine barrel heads. They are a four-track board so up to four individuals or four teams can play on this board! The underside has a custom pocket with a piece of a barrel hoop held on by magnets that hold the metal pegs. The rotary mechanism is also attached to the underside of the board. Every hole is individually drilled, the wood is stained in a dark walnut color and then finished with a matte polyurethane for an amazing smooth finish. This board includes the metal pegs and a deck of cards! You can also personalize this board! Let us know what you would like, and we can make it happen! How cute would this bench be by your front door with seasonal decor around it and a cute pillow? Or what about just inside your door to sit on and take shoes on and off? This bench is made completely from whiskey or wine barrel staves. The wine barrel benches have a red seat which is stained from the red wine that was in the barrel. The whiskey barrel benches have the black charred top. No worries on getting char on your bottom, we sand majority of the char off and then seal it with three coats of polyurethane. We stain the bench with a dark walnut colored stain. The interior finished polyurethane has a matte finish, and the exterior polyurethane has a glossy finish. Total measurements do vary slightly according to the staves used from the barrels. Approximate measurements are 35 inches long by 19 inches tall and 12 inches wide. -
We are very proud of our flags! Each flag is made of 13 individual staves cut so that the flag is as proportionate as a round barrel can be. We use colored wood stain so that the wood grain pops through the color. The staves are assembled together, the stars are stenciled on and our polyurethane is applied to finish this amazing piece. Flags measure 35 inches wide by 18 inches tall. There are two heavy-duty hangers on the back of the flag with a heavy-duty wire running between the two hangers for easy hanging. Flags are available in red, white and blue, blue line, red line or a subdued black and white. You also get to pick from an interior or exterior polyurethane finish. -
These wall racks look great placed on the wall above a half barrel. They offer more shelf space to showcase some of your "top shelf" beverages. You do not have to display beverages on them though, others have used them to showcase their drinking glass collection and their shot glass collection. These racks resemble the shape of a barrel being 25 inches wide 35 inches tall and vary slightly in the depth from 4-5 inches. Like all our products the unit is stained in a dark walnut color and finished with two coats of a matte polyurethane. Two holes have been drilled into the vertical stave on the back of the rack for mounting. We suggest using heavy-duty dry wall anchors rated for 50+ lbs. Use long screw and drill into the anchor leaving 1.5 inches out for the wall rack to hang from. -

Our wall racks look great on the wall above a half barrel! The wall rack has two shelves to hold your wine bottles with additional staves cut to hold up to 8 stemware. Stained in a dark walnut with a matte polyurethane finish. Holes are drilled into the vertical staves on the back for mounting the unit on the wall. Use heavy duty drywall anchors if you are not going into studs and leave the screws out 1 1/2inche for the wall rack to hang on. The units are 35 inches tall by 24 inches wide by 4-6 inches deep. Sizes vary depending on the staves used. -

This is where Leisure Time Designs began! Tara fell in love with this design and Ed had fun building it. We toyed with the idea of making more items out of barrels and we are so happy we pursued this idea! The half barrel provides you the character of a full barrel, but it does not take up the floor space of a full barrel. This half barrel holds around 25-30 bottles of wine. We love using every part of the barrel and have even trimmed down staves to use as the shelve to hold the wine bottles. We add a solid oak shelf in the middle of the barrel and also flip the bottom head so wood is being presented instead of char. Our full barrel bars are going to provide quite the wow factor! We collect our barrels from local breweries and would love it if we could find out the history of every barrel. Unfortunately, the barrels cannot talk and inform us of where they have been, we just get to enjoy the character that each barrel provides. Our plane full barrel bars do not have trademarks or logos on them. All of our full barrel bars have a shelf in the middle of the barrel made of solid oak and are on a rotary! There are two doors that on the front with a rustic latch to allow doors to be open or closed. We also flip the bottom head of the barrel to present wood instead of the char from the inside of the barrel. Our barrels are stained in a dark walnut color and then have a matte polyurethane finish. If you are looking for a statement piece this is it!!! This half barrel bar includes one of our half barrel cabinets with doors and a solid oak shelf to provide a great source of storage. The half barrel has 6 inch hairpin legs attached to the bottom of the barrel, handmade right here in Michigan. The top is a beautiful semicircle piece of granite. We have a few pieces of granite readily available or you can get different pieces if you are going for a different look. The top is 1 1/2 inches thick and is 32 inches in diameter. The bars total height measures 43 inches tall. Add some of our barrel barstools on either side and you have a perfect hang out spot! Some assembly is required if shipped. The holes will be predrilled into the barrel, to affix the granite top and the hairpin legs. Screws will be provided; some tools will be required to assemble. This product is made to order, please allow two to four weeks to make product. -
All of our barrels that have trademarks or logos on them are authentic! We would not and will not replicate any distillery logo. These full barrel cabinets have a hardwood shelf in the middle of the barrel to hold many of your favorite drink choices. The shelf is even on a rotary, so you do not have to remove bottles from the front just to get the bottle in the back. The bottom head is flipped so the wood is exposed and not the char. Lighting is an easy option to add with the bung hole out the back and an additional hole we drill out the bottom of the barrel. Lights are not included. Two doors in the front of the barrel bar close to complete the beautiful piece with a rustic black latch. Check out this awesome fire barrel! This is a perfect touch to your back yard barbeque, patio, or deck. This sets a great mood for any gathering! The barrel is finished with our dark walnut colored stain and our exterior polyurethane. The doors make the perfect opening for a 20 pound propane tank. This fire barrel includes the barrel, fire ring, hoses that connects to the propane tank, a key to adjust the fire, fire stones (color may vary from pictures), a glass surround, and an outdoor cover to protect the barrel when not in use. The propane tank is not included. This fire barrel is made to order. Please allow a minimum of two weeks to process order.
