Full Stave Signs

Check out these unique whiskey barrel signs!  Each sign is made from an individual whiskey barrel stave.  The staves are sanded and cleaned up then the backs get a coat of clear coat to preserve the character of the charred barrel.  The front of the sign is stained in a dark walnut color, then stenciled with white paint.  Two coats of a matte finish polyurethane are applied to seal the sign. Eye screws are attached, and a piece of twine is added to hang your piece.  Width of stave vary by 1-2 inches.
