The 5 bottle wine rack is uniquely made with staves and hoops from wine barrels! Each rack has two full staves running vertical then small pieces holding them together. The hooks that hold the wine bottles are hoops straightened out, cut to the appropriate length then rolled to hold the wine bottle. This is a perfect piece when you do not have floor space and only a little wall space to store your wine. These pieces are 35 inches tall by 10 inches wide by 8 inches deep. They have two heavy-duty hangers on the back for easy hanging. -
Our hairpin legs are handmade right in Zeeland, Michigan. They are custom made from 1/2 inch steal rods and then powder coated with a black finish. These will uphold the weather or do great inside. A set of four is recommended for a full barrel and a set of three is recommended for a half barrel. -

The back measures approximately 14 1/2 inches tall by 15 1/2 inches wide. The back rest is attached to the seat by metal brackets that have been handmade and powder coated in Michigan. The staves have been sanded smooth and the messy char has been removed. The staves are stained in a dark walnut color, and finished with polyurethane. We can do an interior or an exterior polyurethane. An exterior polyurethane is recommended if you intend any outdoor use of these barstools. 24 inch height is recommended for counter height and 28 inch height is recommended for bar height. How cute would this bench be by your front door with seasonal decor around it and a cute pillow? Or what about just inside your door to sit on and take shoes on and off? This bench is made completely from whiskey or wine barrel staves. The wine barrel benches have a red seat which is stained from the red wine that was in the barrel. The whiskey barrel benches have the black charred top. No worries on getting char on your bottom, we sand majority of the char off and then seal it with three coats of polyurethane. We stain the bench with a dark walnut colored stain. The interior finished polyurethane has a matte finish, and the exterior polyurethane has a glossy finish. Total measurements do vary slightly according to the staves used from the barrels. Approximate measurements are 35 inches long by 19 inches tall and 12 inches wide. -
We are very proud of our flags! Each flag is made of 13 individual staves cut so that the flag is as proportionate as a round barrel can be. We use colored wood stain so that the wood grain pops through the color. The staves are assembled together, the stars are stenciled on and our polyurethane is applied to finish this amazing piece. Flags measure 35 inches wide by 18 inches tall. There are two heavy-duty hangers on the back of the flag with a heavy-duty wire running between the two hangers for easy hanging. Looking to add a rustic feel to your bathroom? Here we have finished a 3/4 barrel and have a sink and faucet on top. The back quarter of the barrel has been removed to allow the barrel to go flush up against the wall. There are two doors on the front of the barrel to allow for easy access to the plumbing under the sink. You can purchase this exact piece or if you have a different sink and faucet in mind you can provide us with that and we can finish the barrel for you! Either way this is a great piece in any half or full bath setting! If this sink is being shipped some assembly would be required. The holes for the faucet and the sink will be drilled however you will have to attach them to the barrel. -

Each bottle opener is on a portion of a finished stave. Staves are the individual pieces of wood that form the barrel. The staves have been dried, cleaned up, stained and sealed with a matte finish polyurethane. The stave also has been predrilled with a countersunk hole behind the bottle opener for easy mounting of the bottle opener.

Candle stave are a perfect addition to the center of a long table or on top of a mantel. Each stave is dried and then four holes are drilled into the stave. It is then stained and coated with a matte polyurethane. The four votive candles fit perfectly into the predrilled spots. Four glass votive and four candles are included with the purchase. Check out these great checkers/chess boards! These are made from the heads of whiskey barrels. The heads are assembled together and sanded smooth to the touch. They then get stained in a dark walnut color, stenciled with black paint and finished with a matte varnish. The bottom of the board has a lazy susan attached to it for easy viewing of the whole board. Who wouldn't want to sit outside on your deck, porch, or by a fire and play a nice game of chess or checkers to finish off the day. -
These coat racks are just like our regular coat racks only with a little extra character. The bung hole is where the barrel is filled and emptied. There is only one of these staves per barrel and it does add some fun character! The staves are sanded, stained in a dark walnut color, and then finished with a matte polyurethane. Four hooks are arranged proportionally on the stave with metal hoop pieces for some flare. There are heavy duty hangers on the back of the stave for easy hanging or you can remove the end two hoop pieces and screw through the predrilled holes into your wall. We have added some hoop pieces to the top and the bottom of the stave for some fun additional decoration, but they also provide a hiding spot for mounting the stave onto the wall. The boards are made from barrel staves, each hole is individually drilled and a compartment to hold the pegs is drilled out. All of our barrels that have trademarks or logos on them are authentic! We would not and will not replicate any distillery logo. These full barrel cabinets have a hardwood shelf in the middle of the barrel to hold many of your favorite drink choices. The shelf is even on a rotary, so you do not have to remove bottles from the front just to get the bottle in the back. The bottom head is flipped so the wood is exposed and not the char. Check out these unique whiskey barrel signs! Each sign is made from an individual whiskey barrel stave. The staves are sanded and cleaned up then the backs get a coat of clear coat to preserve the character of the charred barrel. The front of the sign is stained in a dark walnut color, then stenciled with white paint. Two coats of a matte finish polyurethane are applied to seal the sign. Eye screws are attached, and a piece of twine is added to hang your piece. Width of stave vary by 1-2 inches. -
If you are looking for a statement piece this is it!!! This half barrel bar includes one of our half barrel cabinets with doors and a solid oak shelf to provide a great source of storage. The half barrel has 6 inch hairpin legs attached to the bottom of the barrel, handmade right here in Michigan. The top is a beautiful semicircle piece of granite. We have a few pieces of granite readily available or you can get different pieces if you are going for a different look. The top is 1 1/2 inches thick and is 32 inches in diameter. There are so many uses for these half barrel flower planters! We have a few in our landscaping and they are a great focal point! These barrels are not sanded, stained or varnished. We do however, screw the hoops into the stave to prevent the hoops from falling off if the barrel dries out. These pieces provide great petina to any flower garden or landscape. -

Aren't these gorgeous! We make these charcuterie boards from the wine barrels we get. The red color on top is actually from the wine that is in the barrels, therefore the color on these boards do tend to vary. The underside is stained in a dark walnut color with a matte finish polyurethane. The tops are treated with three coats of polyurethane to ensure they are sealed well. The polyurethane is food grade, and you can place your meats and cheese directly on the board. Take a damp cloth to wipe clean afterwards. Don't have a place to store them, don't leave them out! These pieces make gorgeous centerpieces on a table with seasonal decor on them! Sorry meats, cheeses and decorations are not included with the boards;)
